When purchasing a voucher, you select the exact experience you’d like to give. Options include:

  • Private Tour (2-hour private tour led by our zookeepers)

  • Full Experience Package (All Encounters & Private Tour)

  • Big Cat Encounter & Private Tour

  • Marmoset Encounter & Private Tour

  • Meerkat Encounter & Private Tour

    NOTE: You must book a Private Tour first to book an Encounter

Voucher values range from $100 to $490, depending on the experience selected.

The recipient receives a voucher number for that specific product and can redeem it by booking a date that suits them.

Pricing & Age Requirements

Private Tour (General Admission):

  • Adults (16+): $150

  • Seniors (65+): $135

  • Youth (12–15): $100

Encounter Options:

Encounters are optional add‑ons and must be booked with a Tour.
Available experiences include:

  • Big Cat (Lion and Tiger)Encounter

  • Marmoset Encounter

  • Meerkat Encounter

Encounter pricing varies by age group and is shown at checkout.

Maximum group size: 8 guests
