Encounters cannot be booked independently.
They are add‑ons that take place following your tour.
This ensures a calm and safe environment for both guests and animals.

ZAMBI Experience:
Adults (16+): $175
Seniors (65+): $150
Youth (12–15): $120
Minimum age: 12 years
Maximum group size: 10 guests
Add-on Animal Encounters:
Big Cats Experience - $150 per person
Marmoset Encounter - $110 per person
Meerkat Encounter - $110 per person
Ultimate All Encounters - $340 (save $30)

AGE & SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
Guests between the age of 12-16 must be accompanied by a paying adult
All interactions are at the keeper’s discretion
Animal welfare always comes first
Encounters are always optional for our animals to participate in. While it is unlikely they decide not to participate, it cannot be 100% guaranteed. In the event this happens alternative arrangements will be made.
