All encounters require a Tour booking.
Encounters cannot be booked independently.
They are add‑ons that take place following your tour.
This ensures a calm and safe environment for both guests and animals.
What Makes Our Encounters Special.
Our encounters are designed to give you a deeper connection to the animals in our care. Each experience is:
Guided by an experienced zookeeper
Conducted in a safe, controlled environment
Focused on animal welfare and education
Limited to small groups for a more personal experience
Included in your tour, you’ll also have the opportunity to hand-feed the baboons, the long‑tailed macaques and the macaws.
These inclusions are part of every guided tour and help create a full, immersive wildlife experience.
AGE & SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
Minimum age varies by encounter
Guests between the age of 12-16 must be accompanied by an adult
All interactions are at the keeper’s discretion
